All utility products made of olive wood, is recommended to oil them after a few uses in order to maintain their color and to keep the wood hydrated.
Olive wood products are practical, durable and do not absorb odors or substances. They are made from one piece of wood, never joined or glued. No chemicals or varnishes are ever used in the utensils, only vegetable oil to moisturize and gloss the wood.
